+Book Discussion with Jenny Milchman and Carla Buckley
At noon on Tuesday, May 6, The Woman’s Club will host a book discussion and signing with authors Jenny Milchman and Carla Buckley. Milchman will discuss her new book, “Ruin Falls,” and Buckley will speak on her newest, “The Deepest Secret.” Light refreshments will be available.

+Franklin & 3rd Catering Classic
Join us for the culinary event of the season as we taste signature dish samplings from our talented preferred caterers. Vote for your favorites as you meander the ballroom expanding your palate. Cost of this event will be $45 per person and will include a wine tasting and local craft beer tasting provided by Lickinghole Creek Craft Brewery. Notable professional chef, food stylist, and author Debi Shawcross will be creating a tablescape display using our own TWC china and answering questions regarding stress free party planning.  Try your luck with our “Dinner and Date” raffle featuring dinner-for-two at many of RVA’s favorite establishments. Raffle tickets are available for purchase at Monday Programs and will also be available for purchase at the event for $25 per ticket or 5 for $100. Finally, come prepared to shop as we will feature Gourmet MJ’s home-made bbq sauces, chow chow, chocolate sauces, and more along with beautifully carved hardwood bowls by artist Charles Reed. All proceeds will benefit the Bolling Haxall House. Cash and checks accepted at vendor tables.
